Joe and Jenna’s Wedding Day

I love when a wedding is not stop fun from morning till the bar closes. 🙂 Every so often my perfectionist OCD falls in love with a shoot and causes me to spend more time than needed on each photo. During the big day I knew this was going to take me some time to edit, reminding myself not to spend so much time on every image. Sorting thru the pictures and selecting the ones for final edit and slide show was a tantalizing task but I think I finally completed it and now I am ready to show the world. 🙂 Thank you Jenna and Joe for being so extremely patient and understanding about the length of time I took to finish your big day.

Port Townsend Film Festival 2011

Last month was The Port Townsend Film Festival in… well Port Townsend WA.

🙂 I had and have the special opportunity to photograph the special guest every year. This year Buck Henry joined us. I had a fun filled weekend with very little sleep.

From The Rose Theatre to The Uptown Theatre even over to The Sorrento Hotel in Seattle For an Q&A with Washington Film Works and Warren Etheredge featuring Jon Lucas and Scott Moore the writers of the very funny Hangover. Buck was busy for the few days he had in Western Washington. Somehow he even found time for a SAGIndie interview with Abby Dylan. Every year I volunteer for the festival I leave with new friends and great memories. This year I have a special new friend 🙂 Bainbridge Organic Distillers 🙂 Their name says it all.
The Port Townsend Film Festival has been doing this for 12 years and each year it gets better. 🙂 Please check out the slideshow for a few more of this years pictures.
